Sealing and Waterproofing:

Resealing edges and flashing with high-quality waterproofing materials. Reinforcement of any weak areas that could be vulnerable to water infiltration.

Flashing Repair or Replacement:

Minor flashing repairs to prevent leaks and ensure a watertight seal. Full flashing replacement (if required) for severely damaged areas (additional fees may apply).
